Reiki is a healing technique that originated in Japan which provides deep relaxation and helps promote and support the body towards balance. Pets and plants also benefit from this technique.

Reiki involves light hands on touch with clients laying on a massage table fully clothed. Hands are placed in a series of general hand positions including the head, shoulders, arms, hands and feet.

Reiki First Degree Training

First Degree Reiki is where you start whether you want to learn to practice on yourself or to become a Reiki Professional. Reiki is balancing to each individual and it can help in so many situations. People notice improvement quickly.

Reiki Second Degree Training

Second Degree Reiki is wonderful and amazing! If you have attended the First Degree Reiki training, I recommend you practice daily self Reiki for 3 months. At this time you may consider  practicing Second Degree Reiki.

The Second Degree Training expands your Reiki practice. During this training you will recieve another initiation and learn to offer Reiki treatment to friends and family who are physically out of reach (healing without touching).

This training expands your hands on practice. Daily hands on self-treatment  will continue to be your foundation.

Advanced Reiki Training and Reiki Master Classes

Becoming a Reiki Master is a serious step that requires preparation. One must have taken Reiki First and Second Degree training. The Advanced Reiki Training (ART)  is part of the Reiki Master training. This is a process that will result in further enhancement of your skills as a Reiki Professional.

To experience Reiki’s full value, I treat it with reverence and my greatest respect.  The joy of becoming a Reiki Master has been so amazing to me! I am filled with gratitude daily that Reiki is a part of my life!

You don’t necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. Some become Reiki Master’s to pass Reiki on to their friends and family.
